Jubilee Campaign submits this information to aid in the drafting of the United States Department ofState’s Trafficking in Persons Report with regard to Nigeria’s failure to fully meet the minimumstandards of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000. The submission focuses specifically on militant groups such as Boko Haram and ISWAP who for years have been kidnapping boys and girls under the age of 18 years for the purpose of domestic servitude, sexual slavery, child soldiering, andcriminal activity.
